OTA-Update von HTC
heute hat HTC ein neues Update seiner Firmware herausgegeben. Selbst wenn Ihr ein gerootetes Gerät habt, bekommt Ihr dieses angeboten, sofern Ihr ein ROM betreibt, was auf HTC-Sense basiert. Wenn Ihr dieses Update installiert, ist natürlich der Rootzugang weg. Also am besten die automatische Updatebenachrichtigung abschalten und nur gerootete und aktuelle Custom Roms (wie z.B. das LeeDroid) aufspielen.
Laut HTC betreffen die Updates ohnehin nur GMail (welches jetzt mehrere Posteingänge unterstützt) und das russische Tastaturlayout.

Update – HTC Desire Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update
You can now download the latest software update for new features and improved performance. It won’t delete any of your content and we’d recommend using a Wi-Fi connection as this is a large update. If not, standard data connection charges may apply. Any questions? Contact us via www.htc.com. After installing the update, you can confirm a successful update by confirming the Software number (From the Home Screen go to MENU> Settings> About Phone> Software Information> Software number). The new Software number will be 2.10.405.2
